We offer standard or express delivery options within the UK, so you can have yours ordered when it suits you. If you have any other delivery requirements please do get in contact as we would love to help (additional charges may apply). We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.
To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, please double check your details when inputting them into our website.
Please contact us for deliveries outside of the UK (including the Channel Islands). Please allow two additional days for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Northern Ireland and other rural areas. Please note that some deliveries to Northern Ireland could be delayed by Irish Customs. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. Unfortunately for select post codes in specific rural areas we may offer limited delivery options. Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
For International Orders, please get in contact prior to placing an order as different shipping prices and delivery times will apply. However we would be delighted to try and accommodate your request to ship overseas.
If the packaged candy floss goes unopened and is stored in a cool, dark, and dry place, it can last several months, maybe longer. Keep in mind that shelf life is somewhat dependent on how the candy floss was handled during shipping and the weather/temperature conditions of its destination. Also, some shrinkage may occur during shipping which is normal. Please note, deliveries may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address. We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or missed delivery as a result of incorrect data entry. Orders are not dispatched immediately after being placed, because they are made fresh to order.
We hope you are delilghted with your order and enjoying taste satisfaction. Unfortunately we are unable to offer replacements or refunds on any order that does not arrive due to Royal Mail/Courier error or damage. We are not responsible for anything that happens to your order after we drop it off at the post office. Please make sure to enter all address fields correctly during the checkout process and please take the time to double check that everything is correct.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for our items for ‘change of mind’. Please get in contact immediately if your candy floss has melted or been damaged in transit.
